SAS Process ID to User/Owner

I'm trying to get a dataset with all the workspace process IDs with their corresponding user. Is this possible?

Below is an example of what i'm trying to get - but I need to be able to get that information in a dataset so I can merge the data into another table I"m creating.

The information you showed from SAS Management Console can also be read out by Proc IOMOPERATE.
