SAS Platform Flow Manager issue

Hi Experts,

I don't know if this is the appropriate thread to post this question.

I am getting error to schdule DI Jobs when read external file like excel or csv.

but I don't have issue execute DI jobs mannually

the errors message I am getting as following:

ERROR: Unable to open file \\xxx\xx\xx. It does not exist or it is
already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view its data.

Hi @gyambqt;

There may be multiple reasons for getting an error;

some common diagnostic steps to check the error are :

Make sure you can access the path without any prompt (you have mentioned path like this : \\xxx\xx\xx, make sure your network share is not asking for the password when you will open that path)
The user which runs this job, make sure it has enough permission to access this path and file
And if any other user already opened that file, so it can also cause issue
