RenewSAS 9.4 missing

I instlled SAS 9.4 for the first time last year. I just got my renewal materials from our ITS, but SASrenew is missing. It's not even in the SAS directory.

What is the best and least disruptive way to fix this problem?

What do you mean by "SASrenew" is missing? What OS are you on?

The advice listed in the link does not apply to my Windows system. The shortcut is missing, but also the entire directory with renewsas.exe as indicated in the link.

I've done this many times witn 9.2 but the 9.4 renewal program just isn't there.... or anywhere.

In 9.4M3 it was replaced by functionality in the SAS Deployment Manager
