      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have problem when i use run a code from sas studio&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"insert into table values ('محمد')"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and i go to database oracle to check it i see it ????&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;however when i run the same statement from sqlplus it appear correctly at DB.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;does any one have any idea?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
