University Edition - 64 bit error message

I can't get past this screen to actually open the virtual machine. I did all the tasks in the pdf but, still no luck. Hoping someone knows what I have to change in the settings so i can get access.

Is vx-t enabled in your bios? (I don't have the PDF handy to confirm if they discuss that.) You can also use the intel utility to verify vx-t is enabled properly - both steps are covered here
