      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;it a service process for windows,&amp;nbsp; You can decide where it should run a client-pc or a win-server there is no big difference.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/ As a client PC is normally shuts down and the person behind is leaving it would make sense you use that on a Win-server when needing for batch-scripts running on a Unix server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2/ Having a 64-bit SAS installed with a 32-bit office version you can overcome that bitness by using PC Files Server on you desktop&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Answer: it depends on the kind of problem you are trying to solve.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
