    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am doing a plan three machine install of SAS9.4 BI&amp;nbsp; and after the server install I was working thru the Configuration Guidelines and Details and noticing an old machine name in the sid file ....can I change the name in the sid file to the correct name&amp;nbsp; and run some kind of fix with out having&amp;nbsp; to uninstall and reinstall again?&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.5em;"&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Get SAS to supply a new SID with the correct machine name. SID's have to be applied as supplied otherwise they will most likely fail. You wont need to re-install as the SID is independent of the install.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
