Hi Team ,

can you please help me , i am installing and configure the sasmeta and while configuring the compute server i am getting error at after entering the sasadm@saspw. I am sharing the screenshot as well as. please suggest me how to resolve the issue. I am giving the correct password only.

More details are needed, but this can happen if you are configuring an early release of M8 AND you have configured the SAS Metadata Server to use FIPS. It's hard to say if this is the case without seeing the error in the SDW_yyyy-mm-dd.hh.ss.log file and knowing your SAS Software order number. You should open a case with Technical Support and provide the SAS Deployment Wizard logs.

Hi Team,

When a user logs in through the Rajasthan SSO portal using the URL https://ssotest.rajasthan.gov.in, all dashboard icons are visible on the home page.

However, when the user clicks on the SIPF VIYA icon, the page does not navigate to the landing page and instead throws the following error message:

Error: INVALID USER TOKEN
Details: Optional.of(null-null-null-null-User Details Not Found or token is invalid)

Could you please look into this issue and confirm the possible reason or configuration mismatch causing this error? Please find the below screen shots. can you please help me how do step by step process please

I suggest that post screen shots as images, many here is a little weary of opening more complex file formats (that can bear unwanted embedded malware).

But I'm a bit confused. First you are discussing meta nad compute, and assume this is 9.4.

But your next post is about Viya?

If these are to separate issues, have them in to seperate threads.

Sas 9.4 issue got resolved. Now I am facing the sasviya 3.5 navigation error. As I mentioned screenshot error

This may possible be due to Cross Site Request Forgery protection.

The SAS Admin should be able to update the settings in Environment Manager or you can create ticket with SAS Tech Support.
