It appears that that either some of the files were not installed properly or something may have removed the folders from your system after install. The most likely solution is going to be uninstall and reinstall.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi _ALL_&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is deepak. i am installed SAS 9.3 in widows 7 64 bit. when i try to open base sas window i am getting below &lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333330154419px;"&gt;error and warning msgs in log window.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WARNING: One or more libraries specified in the concatenated library SASHELP &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WARNING: do not exist.&amp;nbsp; These libraries were removed from the concatenation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ERROR: The SASHELP Portable Registry is missing or corrupted&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.5em;"&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can any one help me to solve this issue&amp;nbsp; and suggest me how to &lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.5em;"&gt;practice in sas eg with local server.?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
