SAS Web Application - How it run in backend, and troubleshoot

Dear Community,

I would like to understand the flow from hitting url of sas web application and getting login promnt, and then a working page in front of you.

1. For example : https://<hostname>.com/SASStoredProcess/do or https://<hostname>.com/SASStudio

both application running on same hostname , and webappsever(SASServer1_1)

I am noticing, https://<hostname>.com/SASStudio is working fine(means I can see working page after login ), but https://<hostname>.com/SASStoredProcess/do - I am getting login prompt, after credential , it is getting stuck, nothing happening, and after sometime (2-3 mins), getting below error message.

"The webserver hosting your application is not available at the moment, please try again later"

Hence, first can you explain me how it works, when we hit url and getting workspace page.

in this above case that mentioned, what logs I need to see in order to get the details, and do a troubleshooting.

This type of problem is best handled by Tech Support so I suggest you open a track.

It sounds like a problem in the SAS Stored Process web application, so I would start with looking at it's log file (<SASConfig>/Levn/Web/Logs/SASServer1_1/SASStoredProcess9.4.log) as well as the log files for the web application server (<SASConfig>/Levn/Web/WebAppServer/SASServer1_1/logs/server.log).
