    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am facing one issue in which we have renewed SAS Viya 3.5 license using Manual steps(Apply SAS License Manually) as described in sas viya doc -&lt;A href="https://go.documentation.sas.com/doc/en/calcdc/3.5/callicense/n03000saslicensing00000admin.htm#n03004saslicensing00000admin" target="_blank"&gt;SAS Help Center: Licensing: How To Apply Licenses&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;using "sas" id and ssh access is enabled so that servers can communicate with passwordless session.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After applying , at Linux i can see the license is renewed in sasstudioV also its showing updated but when trying to run Jobs its failing with error "The session has no available workers" in cas logs under path -/xxx/sas/viya/config/var/log/cas/default&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Further investigated and found all services are up in all master and worker nodes but worker nodes cas log has not been updated since the day sas viya license is renewed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also , due to security concerns we are yet to get the access to renew license using ansible commands for sas viya for the user.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anybody face the issue and advice on the solution that we can do to make the worker nodes started running and cas sessions can get created.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://communities.sas.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/12447"&gt;@Patrick&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; , Surely&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;RCA : Few more errors been identified in cas logs that the worker nodes wasn't connect to to grid&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Resolution : Post enabling&amp;nbsp;passwordless ssh for the user cas and restarting of cas-controller service the CAS is able to come up and License was also activated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;P.s: When any new SAS viya installation is there, do check and enable passwordless ssh for id used for viya installation and cas .Its necessary due to some security high level constraints it took time for me to get it done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope it helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
