Getting ERROR while Upgrade in place SAS GCM and CRA

Hi Team,

During upgrade in place I am getting below error: could some one assist me to solve the problem.

This type of problem is best progressed by opening a track with Tech Support.

EDIT: What account are you using to run the upgrade? You should be using the sasinstall service account which I can't find in your log.
