    <description>&lt;P&gt;IRStudio.sh has a PYTHON_EXEC variable set to the path of the python executable, in your case this appears to be "/bin/python" and should probably be "/usr/bin/python". If you update this setting to the correct path of the python binary in the IRStudio.sh file, does it work as expected?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>SAS Information Retrieval Studio for SAS service is starting on Compute server</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;SAS Information Retrieval Studio Server was not stopping i.e using&amp;nbsp; sas.server script on compute server. We tried multiple times still was showing up.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;we kill this service manually on linux but post patching activity now we could not able to UP this service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;/opt/app/sas/config/Lev1/sas.servers status&lt;BR /&gt;SAS servers status:&lt;BR /&gt;SAS Web Infrastructure Data Server is UP&lt;BR /&gt;SAS Financial Management Data Server is UP&lt;BR /&gt;SAS OLAP Server 1 is UP&lt;BR /&gt;SAS Object Spawner 1 is UP&lt;BR /&gt;SAS Share Server 1 is UP&lt;BR /&gt;SAS CONNECT Spawner 1 is UP&lt;BR /&gt;SAS DIP Job Runner 1 is UP&lt;BR /&gt;SAS Information Retrieval Studio Server is NOT up&lt;BR /&gt;SAS Cache Locator Service ins_41415 is UP&lt;BR /&gt;SAS Environment Manager Agent is UP&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When we tried the start the IRstudio script it is saying no such file or directory it look like this script is looking for python path.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;SASInformationRetrievalStudioforSAS $ ./IRStudio.sh start&lt;BR /&gt;./IRStudio.sh: line 36: /bin/python: No such file or directory&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please help and advise on this issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Python symlink was missing in /use/bin&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Created the symlink and started the IRstudio.sh and it was started and up.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
