Connection 9 is an ephemeral port that the Object Spawner provides to spawned servers to call back on. For example if a Workspace Server was to start the command line would include this port, and when the Workspace Server is done starting up it would call back to the object spawner using this port.

Based on this output it looks like your configuration in Metadata is such that no workspace server is associated with the hostname where this object spawner is running, so it is not reserving port 8591.

Problem validating WorkSpace Server.

I'm having trouble validating the WorkSpace Server. I don't see any type of error in the ObjectSpawner log.

But it seems strange to me that connection 9 that is trying to start selects a port other than 8591.

2023-10-20T19:38:58,656 INFO [00000031] :sas - Reserved IPv6 port 8581 for administrator listen (connection 2).
2023-10-20T19:38:58,656 INFO [00000031] :sas - Reserved IPv6 port 8451 for server listen (connection 3).
2023-10-20T19:38:58,657 INFO [00000031] :sas - Reserved IPv6 port 8701 for server listen (connection 4).
2023-10-20T19:38:58,691 INFO [00000031] :sas - Reserved IPv6 port 8601 for server listen (connection 5).
2023-10-20T19:38:58,691 INFO [00000031] :sas - Reserved IPv6 port 8611 for server listen (connection 6).
2023-10-20T19:38:58,691 INFO [00000031] :sas - Reserved IPv6 port 8621 for server listen (connection 7).
2023-10-20T19:38:58,691 INFO [00000031] :sas - Reserved IPv6 port 8631 for server listen (connection 8).
2023-10-20T19:38:58,704 INFO [00000031] :sas - Reserved IPv6 port 38879 for launched server connect back listen (connection 9).
2023-10-20T19:38:58,704 INFO [00000031] :sas - Activated listen on IPv6 port 38879 (connection 9).

Have you ever had a similar problem?

Thank you.
