Issue has been encountered with your SAS Software Depot that cannot be corrected.

Hi All,

When I launched the SAS DW using the setup.sh script installing the Midtier for some of the products.

Below is the error and the screen shot of the same. I checked the space in the /tmp folder aswell, 3GB space is available.

Error: An issue has been encountered with your SAS Software Depot that cannot be corrected.
A summary of the error is shown below. Full details can be found in the log at /sas/SASHome/InstallMisc/InstallLogs/IT_2023-05-23-10.39.16.log

Install file: /tmp/_setup55268/hotfixes/extracted/product_data/instqualtool__W83001__prt__xx__sp0__1/install.xml does not exist

Any help is much appreciated.

As Suggested, executed the Depot Checker Utility "SASDepotCheck.sh" and got the following output:

command. This command should be performed using the account of the owner of the depot.

All depot metadata files and directories are present.

The following files have an incorrect checksum:
All files had the correct checksum.

Download a new depot from SAS.

Re-download your SAS depot and rerun the depot checker. If you still get errors open a track with Tech Support.
