SAS Studio 3.81 Stuck at Signing In

Hello,

I currently have an issue with SAS Studio 3.81 where when the programme is launched a web browser opens and then it gets stuck at "Signing In"

This happens for all users (we are using it on RDS servers).

Unfortunately there isn't a lot more I can add to the description of my issue, event log doesn't show any indicators as to why this happens.

I do have some more info now after a bit more digging. I get the message below appear;

I also get an error log with the following;

ERROR: Library WORK does not exist.
NOTE: Unable to initialize the options subsystem.
ERROR: (SASXKINI): PHASE 3 KERNEL INITIALIZATION FAILED.
ERROR: Unable to initialize the SAS kernel.

Solved: SAS Temp location drive letter had changed, seems a helpdesk technician was making changes!
