SAS EM | Diagram executivo error

Hi folks,

We have 9.4 M7 installed in Linux server with SAS EM 15.2. We recently updated the EM license.

For some reason, when the user executes an EM diagram appears the error below:

The diagram execution could not be started
Please make sure all necessary services are enabled and running

We verified and all services appear as UP and running. We verified the option Enable for interactive execution? is cleared on Application Management ► Configuration Manager ► SAS Application Infrastructure ► Web Infrastructure Platform Services 9.4 ► Job Execution Services and the workspace server is selected.

Some strange behavior. If we restarted all SAS services, the users can run the diagram once, but if they tried again, the error returns (even if they don't make changes). The diagram is very simple, a data source node and a data partition node.

If we add any code to Project Sart Code, it runs every time without error. Because the Miner was unused for some time, I'm not sure when this error appears.

Can you or the sas administrator at your site have a look at the installation note https://support.sas.com/kb/43/774.html. Could the cause mentioned there be an issue at your site?

Hi, @JosvanderVelden . Thanks, we already verified that note and all the configurations mentioned on it are set. As commented, after we restart the services, the diagram executes ok. Only the first time, after that, on the following execution, the error appears.
