Official AV exclusions

Hi there,

I'm planning some migrations/installations to 9.4, and the customer cybersecurity office wants an official documentation about it.
I had an old link to a KB, but it's not online anymore. The most that seems most related is:
39358 - Errors are written to the SAS® log when you have Kaspersky Internet Security or Kaspersky Anti-Virus installed and are running SAS® 9.2

But... it's old!

Could you suggest one, that's not a link to this Community?

Are you referring to the SAS Note regarding installation best practices on windows?

Yep, Windows, I should have detailed that.

Oh, thanks! I'm linking that to my customer. Wish that was "online", I can imagine I'll be asked why it's been retired. 😐

Perhaps because the latest versions of Windows addressed on that page is Windows 7 and Vista. Which are out of support by Microsoft.
