SAS Environment Manager Agent service Down

Unfortunately our SAS Env Manager agent service went down , when I execute script getting below error. Can anyone please suggest on this error .

This error is complaining that the agent can't read the agent.scu file that contains the key to decrypt the encrypted settings in agent.properties and auto-approve.properties. Follow the steps here under the section "After the agent successfully starts, some agent properties might get encrypted..."
