What is failing is a call to the SAS Content Server, with a HTTP 501 response to a WebDAV specific call called "PROPFIND". <BR />You may wish to check the logs for SASServer1, and if you have a proxy or firewall in front of your middle tier ensure it is not blocking WebDAV calls.
