SAS Viya Mirrormgr - Error

Running SAS Viya Mirrormgr on Windows there cames an error.

There comes an error Error: Get "https://ses.sas.download/ses/entitlements.json": Proxy authorization required.

But there is no Proxy in front at my site.

Any ideas or suggestions how to resolve ?

Mirror Manager is trying to perform an HTTP GET against the listed URL and the response it is getting is an HTTP 407:
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Status/407
This response comes from a proxy server so I'm not sure how it would be possible for this to occur with no proxy in place.

To use mirror manager with a proxy server requires you define the proxy server along with any required credentials in an environment variable:
