Log not displayed in the SAS Studio

Hi,

We are facing an issue with the SAS Studio while connecting through the URL, the log is not displayed.
In our environment we do have only SAS Studio in the mid-tier.

Tried with this way in SAS Studio: More Applications -->

--> Preferences -->Code and Log --> Log Option -->Show Generated Code.

Some times the log will appear and some times not.

Any solution for this one would be highly appreciated.

Please check the programs that don't display the log: is the log redirected to file by using proc printto?

We are not using proc printo to divert the log to the file.

Please provide the version of SAS Studio you are using and also the web browser being used plus version.

Is this SAS Note relevant? https://support.sas.com/kb/67/275.html

Is the behaviour the same across different browsers and PCs?
