Can't install SAS Private JRE in SAS94M7?

I had SAS94M4 on my machine (Windows 10 desktop PC), and I was trying to get SAS94M7 installed. Everything else went well, only SAS Private JRE can't be installed. It seems the only thing was impacted is "SAS Studio - Single User" can't be updated to the new version. The SAS Deployment Wizard didn't provide detailed information about why the SAS Private JRE can't be installed, all I can see is the something like this:

I also updated JRE on my machine, which did not help.

AS this is a laptop, I would backup the disk, uninstall the existing SAS and start over again.

SAS provides JRE as a part of standard deployment plans.
Separate install is not needed.
