      <description>&lt;P&gt;SAS 9.4 TS1M4 on win x64 2012 R2 std server OA Stack.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Someone who left the org did an install under their own admin level ID.&amp;nbsp; There is a need to add a module.&amp;nbsp; That credential initially used is not available.&amp;nbsp; Can another admin level ID do the module add?&amp;nbsp; Options?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>In a windows environment, you don't need to utilize the original install id used to install SAS. An admin account will work fine. In a unix environment this is different.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please be sure to back up your environment completely and also backup the Lev1 Directory before doing a major change.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also be sure to get specific details with sas tech support on what documentation you should use to add software.</description>
