    <description>&lt;P&gt;The log seems to indicate that Process Manager is stuck in a boot loop.&lt;BR /&gt;I'm not really sure what might cause such a thing, but here are a few things you should check:&lt;BR /&gt;- are the ports open and free (maybe somebody added new firewall rules or new software is using the ports needed by Process Manager)&lt;BR /&gt;- is your license for Process Manager up to date&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If non of these things help you with finding a solution I'd suggest getting in touch with SAS Support directly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Unable to connect to Process Manager</title>

&lt;P&gt;sounds like Process Manager isn't running. Can you verify that?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it isn't restart Process Manager:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;Log on to the Process Manager Server as root.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Set your environment.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; On csh or tcsh:&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;source JS_TOP/conf/cshrc.js&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;On sh, ksh or bash:&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;. JS_TOP/conf/profile.js&lt;BR /&gt;3. Run jadmin to restart the Process Manager Server:&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; jadmin stop&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; jadmin start&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;My explanation assumes that your server is a Unix machine, if it isn't just take a look at the documentation under&amp;nbsp;Start and stop the Server on Windows&lt;/P&gt;
