      <title>SAS WebApp Configuration | Error starting service</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi folks,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We're configure a mid-tier server. On starting WebApp server step, after 20 or more minutes, starting failed. We tried to stop all services and start it again, but the same behavior occurs.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On gemfire.log the following error appear:&lt;/P&gt;
