Whitespace in Stored Process Web App on specific browsers

Hello,

My clients are running SAS v9.4M4 and use stored process web app to run their reports. One client employee has issues with extra whitespace on the web app while running it on Chrome( v87) and chromium edge (v85). I have chrome (v87) and chromium edge (v87) and am not able to reproduce this error. No luck with clearing browsing history or rebooting the machine either on this customer's machine. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

can you please provide more context here.

Sharing screenshots of how it is supposed to look and of the erroneous one (make sure to blur customer information).
