SAS Viya - Report Viewer - Unexpected service error while attempting to fulfill the request

3 of our 100 users are experiencing the following error, 1 is able to hit close and access reports as normal, however 2 are not able to access SAS Viya at all. Any advice?

The error when attempting to login into SAS Viya is:

"SAS Report Viewer - An unexpected service error was encountered while attempting to fulfill the request"

We have suggested reboot and clearing of browser cache to these user to no avail.

Hey @ygrabowiecki ,

two questions:

Do the users all have the same browser version? Not thinking that is the problem just trying to eliminate variables.
Are you perchance on VA 8.1 on Linux, if so take a look at this SAS Note - https://support.sas.com/kb/60/685.html

If question two doesn't apply to you, please provide the Viya + VA version you are on and the OS this is running on.
