Is there a way to make SAS Viya snippets available to all users?

Hi folks,
Is there a way as an administrator to make some SAS Viya snippets available to all users, like the standard SAS snippets? For example standard programming header or typical data access patterns for the organization.

Are users using SAS/Studio to access Viya? If so then SAS/Studio has a "repository" feature.
