      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just installed SAS 9.3 on a Windows 7 pc and everything seemed to install smoothly but at the end when I tried to open SAS I got the following error message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ERROR: The SASHELP Portable Registry is missing or corrupted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't find any help on this error for SAS 9.3, only earlier versions. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be greatly appreciated. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
