You cannot schedule a project a such, but you can export the code into a .sas file and schedule it using flows. You can create a single job or multiple jobs using existing SAS code and call them inside a single flow and then schedule the flow using platform process manager which has a plugin in SMC.

This paper talks more about it: https://support.sas.com/resources/papers/SASScheduling.pdf

You have to convert that project into .sas program. Then you can schedule with Platform Process Manager through SAS Management Console by deploying that SAS program and adding to a flow.

In Enterprise Guide you'll want to "Export code" from the project or process flow: https://documentation.sas.com/?docsetId=egug&docsetTarget=n1y1rs1hlrz3w2n1h71niihwzjjh.htm&docsetVersion=8.1&locale=en
SAS Help Center: Export All Code<>
To export all code in a project or process flow: To export all of the code in the project, click in the Project pane. Select Share Export all code in project.. To export all of the code in a process flow, select Share Export all code in process flow on the Process Flow tab.. Specify the location where the code file will be saved.
documentation.sas.com
