Hi,

We have given WRS access to an external customer ,it was working fine till friday. but now he is not able access.what will gone wrong ? what to check now? how to find out the physical path for WRS

What exactly fails? Is the website not accessible, or does the Logon Manager not come up correctly, or is there a problem while logging on?

able to logon but able to save the files under sas folders.

What do you see in the log? Is there any error reported there which you can share?

Hi,

can you just confirm tehe log path? D:\SAS\Config\Lev1. after that which folder we have ?

Check that the user in question has the necessary permissions on the SAS folder where reports should be stored.
