Hello All

We have a requirement to migrate SAS 9.3 to SAS 9.4. So, I need to understand what all steps have to be performed in detail as i am new to SAS - I don't know how to select the objects and what all should be migrated.

Please suggest the decision points and steps which should be followed to achieve this.

Thanks

Hi @srishti0318

When you say 'objects' are you saying about metadata objects? Migration can mean different things to different people. For all migration related questions this KB is a good start - https://support.sas.com/kb/50/282.html

Migration is a very broad topic and often there is much more to it than meets the eye.

The Migration Focus Area is a good place to start: https://support.sas.com/rnd/migration/
