Testing throughput for SAS on Redhat 8

Hello SAS Community.

So I have a fresh new SAS 9.4 environment ontop of a Linux RedHat v8 Server. My boss has asked me to run a benchmark test on the environment. I have find this great stress test script that SAS has made available on this link: http://support.sas.com/kb/59/680.html

and also this PDF on the Redhat site: https://access.redhat.com/sites/default/files/attachments/optimizingsasonrhel6and7_2.pdf

The problem I have is that the documentation notes that the solution works best for RHEL 6 or 7.

Is there a solution for RHEL 8?? Would it be easier to adopt the script for RHEL 8??

SAS 9.4 Foundation and EBI are supported on RHEL 8.

We are in the process of working with Red Hat to update their paper talking about how to Optimize RHEL 8 for SAS 9.4. We followed the guidelines for RHEL 7 when we did internal testing and everything worked wonderfully.

EBI is Enterprise Business Intelligence. The backend used by SAS Enterprise Guide and Studio
