sas-Viya-consul-default failed to start

Hi,

I' m installing SAS Viya 3.5 on Windows Server 2016, after setup.bat -install, I have launched setup.bat -config, then the configuration precess raises the following error:

Task: Setting permissions for Consul configuration and data directories.
Task complete.

Task: Starting service 'sas-Viya-consul-default'.
Start-Service : Failed to start service 'SAS Consul service (sas-Viya-consul-default)'.
At C:\sas\install\sas-viya-deployment-script\powershell-deployment\library\SasConfiguration\Functions\ServiceHandler.ps
1:22 char:9
+         Start-Service -Name $service
+         ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    + CategoryInfo          : OpenError: (System.ServiceProcess.ServiceController:ServiceController) [Start-Service],

I have also tried to start the consul from Windows Services but it start and stop immediately.

I would like to review the most recent Consul logs from C:\ProgramData\SAS\Viya\var\log\consul\default directory.
