After went through program -&gt; SAS -&gt; renew SAS software 9.4 -&gt; run as administrator and entered credential, there was no pop-up window to allow enter the renewal file name on my laptop. Our IT help team tried using DOS comments, but it couldn’t help. We’ve changed a new laptop with window 10 operating system and re-installed SAS last October; renewal on some laptops are successful, but I need help. We are using SAS 9.4 TS Level 1M5 , see details in the attached file.
