Can we create a custom role or capabilities in SAS Viya like we have in SAS 9.4? If yes then How?

Hello,

Roles and capabilities in SAS 9.4 have been replaced with the use of rules and custom groups in SAS Viya. In SAS Viya, you control access to functionality through membership in custom groups and assigning principals (users and groups) to rules.
