Please beware you would need to run them in the right order and keep in mind that, especially in Grid installations, you will have different servers and some of them (specially SAS Grid Compute ones) will share storage for binaries, for configuration ... it all depends on the design/architecture. I say this because certain responsefiles you will not need to re-run in certain servers.
