&lt;P&gt;yes, you can use responsefiles for the servers installation as well. Please beware you would need to run them in the right order and keep in mind that, especially in Grid installations, you will have different servers and some of them (specially SAS Grid Compute ones) will share storage for binaries, for configuration ... it all depends on the design/architecture. I say this because certain responsefiles you will not need to re-run in certain servers. Again, it all depends on the expected architecture of your SAS platform.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can we use the SAS Response file for automating the SAS Grid installation. as far i know we can use this response file for standalone installs like SAS EG, SAS Addin for office etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If i want to use for SAS Grid install different grid nodes what are all the steps and changes to be taken.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anguraj S&lt;/P&gt;</description>
