Issue starting SAS Metadata Server

We have recently updated SAS on windows to SAS9.4 M6

we are facing an issue of restarting SASMetadata Server.

Apparently the config files are Ok. Same as on other machines.

WHile diagnosing the isse, when I try to run the base sas on the server The following error is displayed.
Can anybody help

That looks like a pretty serious error to me. It may be hardware related but that is just a guess. Your best bet is to raise a Tech Support track if you haven't already.

Hi @thesasuser,

Error suggests that while launching SAS Foundation it isn't able to load few modules like sasycc and sassqlt..

Were there any error's or warnings during the upgrade? Or
Do you have any antivirus software running that could possibly stop these from loading?

Is there any error on Metadata server Logs that you can share?

I agree SAS Foundation is not ble to load modules.
1.When we try to restart Metadata server does not start and no log files are generated.

2.Older logs do not show any error.
