That's because you are using the deployment wizard from the SAS depot, and not the standalone installer. The standalone installer is found in a subdirectory of the depot called "standalone installers" or similar.

Hi folks,

Recently we change our order number. Now, we're trying to install SAS EG on a customer machine (to connect with our SAS Server, we don't have SAS locally installed) but the following error appear:

"The SID file you selected is not intended for the order you are installed"

I know this error is because we're using the same deploy (the one for the other order) but considering this is a SAS EG installation only, there is any way to request to no validate SID file?

Regards.

If you only need Enterprise Guide, use the standalone installer.

Do you know if exist any parameters to request to no check SID or order number? Something like "skipsidcheck" or "skipsidcheck"

Regards,

standalone_installs/SAS_Enterprise_Guide_Independent_Installer/7_15

in your SAS depot. The standalone installer is
