Extract SAP HANA VIEW using SAS/ACCESS Interface to SAP HANA

Hi Technical Support,

Would like to ask on how to extract SAP HANA View's given I successfully extracted some of SAP HANA raw tables. I can't find SAP HANA View names in the list when i tried register table/view and only SAP HANA tables appear in the list box.

Is there need other configuration/credentials to input/modify before accessing SAP HANA View's?

Hi,

It can be permission issue,the user what you are using to register the view may not have permissions.

Check directly in SAP with the same user you are trying to register in metadata has access to view the views?

Will check it right away. Just to clarify SAP HANA view are also can be viewed as table in SAS right?
