unable to login into SAS Web studio

I am unable to login into sas web studio

Steps taken care

Created a test user and authorization are public , sas administrator ,sasusers, sas system services in public give the read and write metadata servers

Even if i use the general one sasadm@saspw it is also not able to login

Any solution is appreciated

SAS Internal Accounts like sasadm@saspw cannot launch workspace server sessions,try removing sas administrator,sasusers,sas system services privileges for the test user you have created and Assign (Web Report Studio: Advanced or Web Report Studio: Report Creation or Web Report Studio: Report Viewing ) Role in order to access Web Report Studio.

when i have done that it says unknown user
