Hi. It looks to me like there is some metadata missing for this product:

I would suggest you open a track with SAS Technical Support as the reason this might be missing is likely very unique to something that happened in the past at your site and not easily debugged through the community.

I did open up a track with SAS technical support. They suggested me to change the time and date stamp on SASHome folder(which was our backup) and retry the installation but we ran into some other errors and had to roll back again. Waiting on SAS for the reply for the recent errors. We faced error on the Install step at "SAS Install Qualification Tool (W83001) Update".. The error stated : Install failure with no reference to any particular logs
