Object Spawner Error Message

Hi All - We got the following error in Object Spawner of SASApp server. How can I resolve this error? Really appreciate your help.

2019-04-01T01:00:04,144 ERROR [00189101] 16186:sasevs@saspw - IOM LOGIC IsGrantedAccess abnormal exit.

Hi,
This error seems to be Object Spawner is not properly connected to the SASApp server. The first thing you can do it, Login to SAS Management Console with administrative user account. Plug-ins Tab>Server manager>Object Spawner> Right click Refresh> compute>Right click connect> Refresh Application Server>Add SASApp>OK

If the above solution didn't fix the issue then login to PuTTY terminal to the compute server>su - sasinst
$ cd /opt/sas/config/compute/Lev1/OjbectSpawner
$ ./ObjectSpawner.sh status
$ ./ObjectSpawner.sh restart
Beware this will bring downtime to the system.
Hopefully this procedure can fix the issue.
