Hello, can someone please share good sas documentation where we can learn more about how to troubleshoot all different kind of mid-tier web application errors? like:

cannot login into web application or

logging takes long time to get into web application or like

some functionality not working within web application after login and all

sometime it becomes tricky and not sure where to start. can someone please guide, what to check first and then all the way to the end in sequence. so that we can at-least understand how far it went successfully and where exactly error is happening?

Would appreciate your response/direction. Thank you.

this is a great question. I can share my thougths.

For me, first of all is to check if the intended requirements and system pre-requisites are in place, some might have changed or be missing. You should have internal documentation from the Installation projects, about those requirements.
Secondly, my initial and main references are always the SAS Installation and Configuration guide https://go.documentation.sas.com/?docsetId=biig&docsetTarget=n08004intelplatform00install.htm&docsetVersion=9.4&locale=en and the SAS Middle-tier Admin guide https://go.documentation.sas.com/api/docsets/bimtag/9.4/content/bimtag.pdf
In addition, there are some interesting and topic focussed compendiums out there:

The main ones for me, always, are the Installation/Configuration Guide, and the Administration Guides, including the Middle-tier Administration Guide.
