Upgrade JMP 13 STD to JMP 14.1

Can anyone confirm if I upgrade a user with JMP 13 on her machine to JMP 14.1 if it will work and the data will work or do I need to upgrade her from 13 to 14 first and then to 14.1? This is a local client install.
