Hi,

We are planning to remove the grp id for our SAS users to the DB2 auth domain so that we can track which user is using the database directly. Can we use Default auth if the user id and password are same for the users in DB2 server?

Yes, you can use DefaultAuth, but you will have to update your DB2 server definition connection properties to use the DefaultAuth authentication domain instead of DB2Auth.
