&lt;P&gt;If you've confirmed the return code of the prerequisite job does indeed match your criteria in the job flow, I think you'll need to consult Tech Support to figure out why the dependent job isn't firing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>SAS Schedule jobs</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Currently we have two developed SAS jobs in our SAS 9.4 Environment. We have a requirement that if&amp;nbsp;first job fails , the second job should start. But the job should be in sequence.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SO , we have created a flow with Event type as 'Exit code Greater than zero' and schedule that job.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But&amp;nbsp;if the first job fails with exit code as 3, the second&amp;nbsp;job is still in waiting state. Its not getting triggered.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any possible way to resolve this issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks and Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Helan Nivas G&lt;/P&gt;</description>
