      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear team&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I tried to log in to sas compliance, unable to access the compliance solution URL. Once the login page detail is inputted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The error log shown below&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;ERROR com.sas.svcs.security.authentication.web.ServiceValidateController - Ticket Exception&amp;nbsp;generating ticket for: [callbackUrl: http://gtbuk-sas-test/SASComplianceSolutionsMid/j_spring_cas_security_proxy receptor]&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;org.jasig.cas.ticket.InvalidTicketException&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;kindly advice&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sharafadeen&lt;/P&gt;</description>
