Solr index job not getting completed

Hi all,

In aml flow we have one solr index job which was working fine till today.. Now we are getting error
" java encountered error while starting solr index"

So we restarted solr service and then sas server 8_1 in mid 1 and mid server then restarted the job still the job is failing with the same error

Anyone please let me know if you have any idea on this

SAS Tech Support is your best bet on this type of problem if you haven't raised a track already. Most likely you will need to provide server logs to diagnose further.

what version of Solr do you have installed? SAS recommends 5.5.5.

For your solution, you would need to ensure that all the configuration modifications are applied. I wonder if any of those (or permissions) did change before your restart.

In any case: please check the logs of your Solr service, and check for errors or warnings, specially regarding indexing.
